JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGIAL UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD III CONVOCATION NOTIFICATION

The III Convocation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad is proposed to be held in the month of February, 2012 (actual date will be notified later). Candidates who are qualified for the award of Degree/Diploma during the academic year 2010-2011 (i.e., on or before 31-12-2011) are hereby informed to visit the registrations portal http://122.252.228.146 (or) http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/ and submit the application in online mode on or before 05.01.2012 (those we have applied for degree in the pre-convocation mode should not apply for the Convocation). The application fee of Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) shall be accepted in online mode only. For details refer the above mentioned registrations web-site. One help-line desk is made available at the student service section (Ground floor) of the Examination Building. If any candidate needs clarification or help he/she may contact the help-line desk. The Degree Certificates of all the Bachelor Degree Courses and Master Degree courses will be sent by registered post, to the individuals to the address given in their application form. Gold Medal recipients, Ph.D., Degree Students can receive their Degrees in person at the Convocation.

To download Application Click here. The downloaded PDF application form has to be filled and couriered along with DD for Rs 750 drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur - 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, India.
Write to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur - 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, India along with DD for Rs 750 drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai, with a covering letter mentioning clearly the complete postal address. Candidate should write their name and address on the reverse of the DD.
The complete application should be sent to the university so as to reach before the last date specified.

Web options: All the eligible Candidates (including  those appeared in the First Phase) are allowed to exercise web options from 03-12-2011 to 06-12-2011. Already admitted candidates also can exercise options.
